Zarah Goodyear

Zarah is a Beaufort native and has been a licensed insurance agent since 2013. She earned her Associates Degree in General Business from the Technical College of the Lowcountry and graduated as a Phi Theta Kappa member with honors. She was awarded Outstanding Graduate in the Business Technology Division and was also the TCL Entrepreneurship Club President.

As a native she enjoys going to the beach, fishing and paddle boarding. Zarah is also very passionate about her community and enjoys giving back to it. She is a Beaufort Regional Chamber Ambassador, a past board member with the Leadership Beaufort Alumni Association, a past board member with the Junior Service League of Beaufort and the VP of the BNI – Beaufort Business Alliance. In 2019 she was a Beaufort Regional Chamber Civitas Nominee for Outstanding Leadership Beaufort Alumni. Some of her favorite volunteer events include the Junior Service League of Beaufort - Touch-A-Truck, Prom Boutique and Jubilee events; along with the United Way of the Lowcountry - Back Packs for Kids, the Samaritan’s Purse - Operation Christmas Child and CAPA’s – Christmas Wish.
